This e-mail list is provided to facilitate prompt and timely communication.  Information submitted to the e-mail list is sent to all that have joined from this web page.  If you'd like to join the list, simply provide your e-mail address in the form below, ensure 'Subscribe' is selected and then click 'Submit'.  You can remove your e-mail address from the list through the 'Unsubscribe' option.  However, an automatic removal link is also included with each e-mail sent to the e-mail list.
